【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the geographical location, characteristics of water quantity and water quality of the Miaonan Reservoir, and the necessity of construction of the second water source site in Linshu County, it is pointed out that the construction of the water source site is feasible in technique, and reasonable in economy.
