高效液相色谱分析制备槐花散时温度对芦丁含量的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨高温煎煮对槐花散中芦丁含量的影响。方法 :建立槐花散汤剂中芦丁的高效液相色谱含量测定法 ,平行设计两种煎药方法 ,比较 GNG中药抽出机煎煮法与常压直火煎煮法制备的槐花散汤剂中芦丁含量的差异。结果 :GNG中药抽出制备的槐花散汤剂中芦丁含量明显大于常压直火煎煮法 ,两者有显著差异。结论 :含芦丁成分的中药适合采用 GNG中药抽出机煎煮制备。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of high temperature decocting on rutin content in Huaihua powders.Methods:A HPLC method was established for determination of rutin content in Huaihua powders, and two decocting methods were parallel designed to compare the rutin content in Huaihua powders prepared by GNG medicine extracting method and fire heating decocting method.Results:The content of rutin in Huaihua powders prepared by GNG medicine extracting method was higher than which prepared by the other one. There was significant difference between the two methods.Conclusion:GNG medicine extracting method was suitable for the medicine herbs that contain rutin.
