【摘要】 目的建立复方阿司匹林片剂的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。结果阿司匹林0 4～ 5 2mg/mL呈线性 ,平均回收率为 1 0 0 2 % (RSD =0 6 7% ,n =9) ;磷酸可待因 0 0 0 8～0 1 0 4mg/mL呈线性 ,平均回收率为 98 7% (RSD =2 2 1 % ,n =9)。结论适用于复方阿司匹林片剂的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of the content of compound aspirin tablets.Method The content of compound aspirin tablets was determined by HPLC mathod. Results The linear relationship between the concentration and absorption value were established in the rang of 0 4～5 2 mg/mL for aspirin and in the range of 0 008～0 104 mg/mL for codeine phosphate.The average recovery of aspirin was 100 2% (RSD=1 6, n =9) and the average recovery of codeine phosphate was 98 7%( RSD= 2 21%, n =9).Conclusions The results demonstrated that this method was simple,rapid and reliable.更多还原
