Zn/Al-CLM催化剂的丙烷芳构化反应性能研究
Study of Propane Aromatization Property Over the Zn/Al-CLM Catalyst
【摘要】 介绍了丙烷在Zn/Al-CLM催化剂上芳构化反应活性 ,并与Zn/HZSM - 5催化剂进行了比较。结果表明 ,丙烷在Zn/Al-CLM催化剂上的芳构化反应转化率为 1 6 .86 % ,芳烃选择性为 2 7.40 % ;而Zn/HZSM - 5催化剂的丙烷芳构化反应转化率为 49.0 1 % ,芳烃选择性为 57.30 %。这种差异主要是由于Al-CLM和HZSM - 5两种载体的酸性特征及孔结构不同所造成的。此外还发现 ,在Zn/Al-CLM催化剂上 ,C3烷烃芳构化主要转化为苯 ;而在Zn/HZSM - 5催化剂上C3芳构化主要转化为甲苯。为了改善Zn/Al-CLM催化剂的C3烷烃芳构化性能 ,研制了双金属催化剂。结果表明 ,GaZn/Al-CLM催化剂的丙烷芳构化反应转化率为 30 .1 8% ,芳烃选择性为 65 .91 % ;PtZn/Al-CLM催化剂的丙烷芳构化反应转化率为 38.37% ,芳烃选择性为 57.87%。
【Abstract】 The activities of propane aromatization over the Zn/Al-CLM and Zn/HZSM-5 catalysts were tested. The results show that its conversion rate over Zn/A1-CLM and Zn/HZSM-5 catalysts is 16.86% and 49.01%, and the selectivity of aromatics is 27.40% and 57.30% respectively. The aromatization property of Zn/HZSM-5 was better than that of Zn/Al-CLM due to the different acidic properties and pore structure of these two kinds of catalysts. Propane is mainly converted to benzene over the Zn/Al-CLM catalyst and to toluene over Zn/HZSM-5. In order to improve its property, the bimetallic catalysts were developed. The results show that its conversion over the GaZn/Al-CLM and the PtZn/Al-CLM catalyst is 30.18%, 38.37%, the selectivity of aromatics is 65.91% and 57.87% respectively.
