【摘要】 德国石油消费量大 ,但石油的自给率仅占 2 % ,1 965年德国政府就提出建立石油储备。德国石油储备呈多元化模式 ,石油储备的主体是官民结合的联盟储备 ,石油储备的布局比较均匀。目前德国不再提高并逐步缩小石油在一次能源消费量中比重 ,减少对石油的依赖更多还原

【Abstract】 The consumption of petroleum in Germany is large and the selfsupporting rate only accounts for 2%. In view of the above mentioned facts,the Germany government has proposed to establish petroleum reserve in 1965. The petroleum reserve in Germany presents multimodels manner,the mainbody of petroleum reserve is the officialfolk allied reserve,and the distribution of petroleum reserve is comparatively even. Now,Germany is no longer to increase,but to reduce gradually the proportion of petroleum in primary energy consumption,so as to decrease the dependency on petroleum.更多还原
