高粱抗蚜基因的RAPD分析

【摘要】 应用RAPD技术BSA法 ,对高粱抗蚜基因进行分析 ,筛选了 50 0个随机引物 ,共扩增出 1 6 1 4条谱带 ,得到了 1 0个具有稳定多态性标记的引物 ,分别为OPA - 0 1、OPP - 0 9、OPP - 1 4、OPH - 1 9、OPN - 0 8、OPN - 0 7、OPN - 2 0、OPY - 1 4、OPS - 2 0

【Abstract】 With Bulked Segregation Analysis (BSA) , 500 random sequence dicer-primer were used to screen a pair of bulked samples for markers linked to the aphid resistance gene, and 1614 bands of DNA were amlified. Polymorphism bands were amplified with primer OPA-01,OPP-09,OPP-14,OPH-19,OPN-08,OPN-07,OPN-20,OPY-14,OPS-20,OPJ-06
