【摘要】 初步探讨紫草中紫草素及其衍生物的提取方法 .将紫草加入 95 %乙醇和石油醚分别制作 1 0个样品 ,取浸取时间不同的样品 ,分别采用直接提取和索氏提取法过滤定容 ,在5 2 0　nm波长处测定吸光度 ,结果表明紫草素及其衍生物在 95 %乙醇中溶解量较在石油醚中大 ,索氏提取法比直接提取法的提取效率高 .更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper is reported the experiments on the extraction of shikonin or its derivatives fromradices lithospermi.Ten samples of preparedradices lithospermi were immersed in 95%-alcohol and ether separately for different time periods,with the extractions to be determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 520 nm.It is found that shikonin dissolves more in 95%-alcohol than in ether,and that circulative extraction is more effective than direct extraction.更多还原
