【Abstract】 Modern information society has raised fresh demands for libraries. However, in reality libraries are faced with many difficult situations such as their peripheral roles in society, inadequate security policies, unqualified staff and insufficient establishment of information sources. We should seek actively for countermeasures from such aspects as legislation, rule-establishment, notions in running libraries so as to adapt to the changes of external situations.更多还原
