对苯二甲酸染毒及干预条件下大鼠泌尿系统变化

【摘要】 目的 研究对苯二甲酸 (TPA)染毒和碳酸氢钠 (NaHCO3 )干预条件下大鼠膀胱结石发生率及尿液中酶、蛋白、pH的变化。方法 设 5 %TPA染毒组、 5 %TPA +4%NaHCO3 干预组、 4 %NaHCO3 组和对照组 ;采用饲喂法对大鼠持续染毒 90天 ,收集大鼠尿液 ;测定其中α1 MG、β2 MG含量和AST、LDH、γ GT、ALP活性及尿pH ,同时观察膀胱结石发生情况。结果  5 %TPA染毒组大鼠膀胱结石发生率为 58 30 % ,其他组未见结石 ;染毒组尿低分子质量蛋白、尿酶和尿酸度明显高于对照组及干预组 (P <0 0 5) ,干预组与对照组差异无显著性。结论 NaHCO3 对TPA引起的泌尿系统毒性损伤有保护作用 ,并通过提高尿pH水平抑制TPA诱导的膀胱结石的形成

【Abstract】 objective To investigate the changes in bladder stone incidence,urinary enzyme,protein and pH both in TPA exposed rats and NaHCO 3.Four group rat were exposed to the diet with 5% TPA,5% TPA+4%NaHCO 3,4% NaHCO 3 and normal diet,respectively for 90 days.At the end of exposure,the urine samples were collected to determine the concentrations of α l MG and β 2 MG,the activities of AST,LDH,γ GT,ALP and the value of pH.The bladder stone was also investigated.Results The incidence of bladder stone in rats exposed to 5% TPA was 58 30%,but no bladder stone was found in other groups.The urinary enzyme,α 1 MG or β 2 MG and acidity of the 5%TPA exposed group were significantly higher than those of control group and intervention group,but there was no statistical difference between intervention group and control group.Conclusion NaHCO 3 might protect the urinary system damage induced by TPA exposure,probably it works by elevating urine pH.
