钢渣的冷却和处理方式对水硬活性的影响

【摘要】 分析几种不同钢渣的化学成分和矿物组成,测试钢渣作混合材的水泥凝结时间和物理力学强度。结果表明:热泼法形成的块状钢渣内外部分的矿物成分和活性不同。冷却至室温的钢渣块喷水后,7d抗压强度损失44.6%,28d抗压强度损失29%。湿热处理的钢渣比空气中冷却的钢渣活性低,湿热处理冷却速度越快,形成的硅酸盐矿物越少,钢渣活性越低。

【Abstract】 The chemical and mineral compositio ns of steel slag from several sources were analyzed,and the cement sample s with these steel slags as blended materia l were tested for their setting time a nd physical strength.The results in dicated that the lump steel slag with hot -sprinkling presented distinct mineral composition and hydration activity between the i nternal and the exter-nal portions.For the lump steel slag cooled to room temperature and then s ubmerged into water,the compressiv e strength decreas-es 44.6%and 29%at 7and 28days respec tively.Steel slag cooled by drippin g water at high temperature presente d lower hy-draulic property than that cooled in air.The faster the cooling speed,th e less of silicate mineral compositi on formed,and the lower hydration property of steel slag.
