【摘要】 目的　寻找一种能显著减轻医师脂肪抽吸的操作劳动强度的手术器械和更有效安全的手术方法。方法　从 2 0 0 1年 1 1月及 2 0 0 1年 1 2月分别引进气动和电动振动脂肪抽吸机两套设备应用于 1 1 3例患者不同部位的脂肪抽吸 ,抽吸区域分深、浅两层。结果　经 1～ 3个月的随访 ,1 1 3例患者中除 2例出现小的血清肿外余均取得满意的效果 ,患者术后疼痛轻、恢复快 ,抽吸部位平整。结论　振动脂肪抽吸术是安全有效、创伤小的脂肪抽吸新技术 ,能极大的降低医师的劳动强度更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a surgical device and operation method of liposuction that is more effective and safer and can largely reduce the physical labor of surgeon. Methods during Nov. and Dec. 2001, our hospital had made use of air vibroliposuction instrument and electricity vibroliposuction instrument in 113 patients. Results After follow-up for one to three months, except two patients who had small hematoma, all the other patients achieved perfect results. The postoperative pain was slight and recovery was fast, while the physical labor of the surgeon were largely reduced. Conclusion Vibroliposuction is a new liposuction technique that is safe, efficient and mini-traumatic. It can largely reduce the physical labor of the surgeon.更多还原
