【Abstract】 Chitinase and its substrate (chitin) universally exist in nature. With the great atten-tion to the potential value of chitinase and its degradation product in biology, medicine science,chemistry, agriculture and environmental science and so on, the research of enzyme has gone deepinto step by step.
