【摘要】 分析我院扩招后在人才方面面临的形势 ,并根据校情提出实施人才工程的设想和引才、聚才等关于师资队伍建设的若干建议和措施。

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the situations about the talented people after the enlarged enrollment, based on the particular conditions of the school, it puts forward some proposals on how to attract talents and how to how to avoid brain drain.
