【摘要】 目的观察三苯双脒 (Tribendimidine)肠溶片对钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫和蛲虫感染的驱虫效果。方法对单纯钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫、蛲虫感染或混合感染者共 42 4例进行分组 ,观察成人服用单剂三苯双脒 40 0 mg治疗钩虫感染 ,3 0 0 mg治疗蛔虫感染 ,40 0 mg连服 3 d治疗鞭虫感染 ,1 4岁以下儿童顿服三苯双脒 2 0 0 mg治疗蛲虫感染 ,及同等剂量的对照药物阿苯达唑 (蛔虫感染 40 0 mg)的驱虫效果及不良反应。结果三苯双脒和阿苯达唑治疗钩虫感染虫卵阴转率分别为 87.93 % (5 1 /5 8)和 66.0 3 % (3 5 /5 3 ) ;蛔虫感染的阴转率分别为 98.3 0 % (5 8/5 9)和97.87% (4 6/4 7) ;鞭虫感染的阴转率分别为 3 3 .3 3 % (2 5 /75 )和 5 6.0 9% (2 3 /4 1 ) ;儿童蛲虫感染的阴转率分别为 77.5 8% (4 5 /5 8)和 93 .93 % (3 1 /3 3 )。结论　三苯双脒治疗钩虫、蛔虫感染有显著疗效 ,治疗鞭虫和蛲虫感染有疗效 ,但虫卵阴转率较低。该药还有服用简便、不良反应少而轻等优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic and side effects of tribendimidine against hookworm, Ascaris, Trichuris and Enterobius human infections. Method A total of 424 cases with single or mixed infections were allocated into several groups. The adult cases orally received single dose of tribendimidine 400 mg or 300 mg for treating hookworm and Ascaris infections respectively and 400 mg/d for successive 3 days for Trichuris . The children cases below 14 years old received single dose of 200 mg for Enterobius . In addition, same dose of albendazole (but 400 mg for Ascaris )were used in control groups. Results The cure rates of hookworm, Ascaris, Trichuris and Enterobius experiment groups were 87.93% (51/58), 98.30% (58/59), 33.33% (25/75) and 77.58% (45/58) respectively, while in control groups they were 66.03% (35/53), 97.87% (46/47), 56.09% (23/41) and 99.93% (31/33) respectively. Conclusion Tribendimidine is highly active against hookworm and Ascaris but some effect on Trichuris and Enterobius . The side effects of the drug were very mild and transient.更多还原
