基于新假设的膜片弹簧碟簧部分载荷—变形公式的修改
EMENDATION OF P-λ FORMULA OF DIAPHRAGM SPRING BASED ON THE NEW HYPOTHESIS
【摘要】 膜片弹簧已广泛应用于汽车离合器。目前工程上对其进行分析时 ,多使用建立在铁摩幸柯假设基础上的Almen laszlo公式[1] 。但是因为铁摩幸柯假设过于简化 ,计算结果不能满足工程需要。本文提出了新的更为接近实际情况的假设 ,考虑了弹簧变形过程中的径向应变 ,对A L公式进行了修正 ,使计算结果更接近于实际
【Abstract】 The diaphragm springs are widely used in the automobile clutch.At present,analysis of the spring always used the A L formula,which is based on the hypothesis of Timoshenko.But in practice,the hypothesis of Timoshenko.But in practice,the hypothesis is too simple to be used in production.New hypothesis of the clutch diaphragm spring is introduced.The radial distortion,which is ignored in hypothesis of Timoshenko,is taken in consideration.The amended formula is verified to be more close to be practical production.
