【摘要】 观察炎列平冲剂治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效以及实验动物病理形态变化。设治疗组 (中药炎列平冲剂 ) 5 0例 ,对照组 (舍尼通片 ) 30例 ,以及开放组 (炎列平冲剂治疗 ) 5 0例 ,疗程 2个月。结果 :三个组总有效率分别为 88 0 0 %、76 6 7%、88 0 0 % ,治疗组、开放组与对照组比较 ,P <0 0 5。小鼠动物实验分为正常组 (A)、模型组 (B)、中药炎列平大剂量组 (C)、中药炎列平小剂量组 (D)和舍尼通西药对照组 (E)各 12只 ,用药 4周后 ,A组、C组、D组、E组的前列腺湿重均比模型组为轻 (P <0 0 5～P <0 0 1) ,测血清纤维连接蛋白 (FN)值比较 ,A组、C组、D组均较B组低P <0 0 5～P <0 0 1,E组与B组相近 ,P >0 0 5 ;测层粘连蛋白 (LN)值比较 ,A组、C组、D组、E组均较B组低 ,P <0 0 5～P <0 0 1。提示炎列平冲剂治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎有较好疗效 ,动物实验也验证其有疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical efficacy and pathological morphology in rats of“Yanlieping Granule”in the treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis was observed.Treatment group(n=50),control group(n=30)and open group(n=50)were established and treated for 2 months.Results:The total effective rates were 88 00%,76 67% and 88 00% respectively in the three groups,with a significant difference among them( P <0.05).In the experimental study,mice were randomized into group A,group B,group C,group D,group E,12 mice in each group;after 4 week treatment,the weight of prostate in groups A,C,D and E was less than in group B, P <0 05～0 01;the serum FN in groups A,C and D was lower than that in group B, P <0 05～0 01;the FN in group E was similar to that in group B, P >0 05;LN in groups A,C,D and E was lower than that in group B, P <0 05～0 01.It is suggested that“Yanlieping Granule”is effective to treat chronic abacterial prostatitis,so does in the experimental study.更多还原
