【摘要】 目的　探讨粪类圆线虫病 (SD)相关肾病综合征 (NS)的临床表现、诊断与治疗特点。方法　通过 6例患者的病因、临床特征及诊治过程进行综合分析。结果　SD起病先于NS ,临床表现不典型 ,易被NS掩盖而忽视 ;SD与NS间有明显相关性 ;阿苯达唑对本病疗效较好。结论　SD是继发性NS的原因之一 ,应引起临床医师的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To understand the clinical and treatment characteristics of strongyloidiasis(SD) associated nephrotic syndrome(NS). Methods By introducing 6 cases to analyse the cause and clinical and treatment characteristics of SDANS. Results There was no the clinical report of SDANS internal our country.SD appeared before NS.The clinical manifestation of SD was no typical and was covered by NS so that SD was ignored.There was obvious relationship between SD and NS.Albendzole was good effective to SDANS. Conclusions SD was a cause of secondary NS.Clinical doctors should take into account it.更多还原
