【Abstract】 First, this paper points out the necessity of developing nongovernmental finance by reviewing and analyzing the financial development theory. Then, it discusses the actual demand of nongovernmental finance from the development of nongovernmental economy. Finally, it analyses the possibility of growing of nongovernmental finance. Generally speaking, as an inexorable trend to develop Chinese nongovernmental finance, we must remove the polices of restraining or imposing restrictions on nongovernmental finance and spur it to develop quickly, which is of great significance to the continuous development of economy and financial institutional change in China.更多还原
