【摘要】 目的　了解住院老年患者家属对护理的需求。方法　采用自制问卷对 12 3例家属作相关需求的调查。结果　家属最担心的问题是患者病情会突然加重 (占 5 3 7% ) ;最希望得到重视的是夜间多关心、照看老人 ( 82 1% ) ;最希望提供的护理服务是能经常与老人交流 ( 77 2 % )。结论　通过护理心理需求调查 ,有助于调整、改进老年护理工作的结构和提高临床护理质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the needs for nursing care of aged in-patients’ relatives. Method A questionnaire was used to investigate the needs of 123 aged in-patients’ relatives. Results The most concern of the aged in-patients’ relatives is that they worry about the patients’ condition will get worse suddenly (53.7%). The most need for nursing care is to pay more attention to the aged in-patients during night. The most desiration is to communicate with the patients frequently. Conclusion It helps to adjust the nursing arrangement and to improve the quality of clinical nursing care.更多还原
