【摘要】 目的 :观察宫颈糜烂物理疗法后应用雌三醇栓促进创面修复愈合的疗效。方法 :随机选取 10 6例宫颈糜烂中、重度患者 ,采用单纯物理治疗为对照组 (n=5 2 ) ,采用物理治疗后应用雌三醇栓为治疗组 (n=5 4) ,1天 1枚 ,10天 1疗程 ,比较两组疗效。结果 :治疗组创面修复时间为 3.82± 0 .0 7周 ,明显短于对照组 5 .95± 0 .71周 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;术后治疗组阴道出血发生率明显低于对照组 ,且以点状出血为主 ,无一例出血量超过既往月经量 ,出血时间为 7.42± 0 .5 5天 ,明显低于对照组的 17.5 1± 0 .34天 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :宫颈糜烂物理疗法后应用雌三醇 ,对创面修复的促进较单纯物理治疗更有效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To Observe the clinical effect of Yitele(estriol suppositores)treated on cervical erosion after physiotherapy.Methods:106 cases with medium or severe degree cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups:patients in control group were treated by physiotherapy only as regular(n=52),patients in treatment group were treated by physiotherapy and Yitel(n=54),l suppository daily,10 days a course.Results:The duration of surface of a wound repairing was 3.81±0.70 weeks ,shorter than that of control group,which was 5.95±0.71 weeks(P< 0.05).The duration of vaginal bleeding was 7.42±0.55 days in treatment group,which was short than that of 17.51± 0.34 days in control group(P<0.05).Symptom of vaginal fluid was improved in the treatment group.Conclusions:Yitele treated on cervical erosion after physiotherapy has better effect in medium or severe degree cervical erosion than regular.更多还原
