猫高位颈髓呼吸神经元群传入联系
Afferent projections of upper cervical respiratory neuron group of cats
【摘要】 目的:探讨高位颈髓呼吸神经元群传入联系。方法:将WGAHRP(5%,10 nl)注入颈髓C2节段中间内侧区呼吸神经元所在区域,观察逆行标记神经元的分布。结果:在孤束核背内侧核、孤束核腹外侧核(背侧呼吸组)、脑桥KF核、蓝斑核、疑核(腹侧呼吸组)等结构观察到较多数量的逆行标记神经元。在中缝核观察到少数逆行标记神经元。另外在脊髓C5节段腹侧角膈神经核区域观察到顺行标记末梢纤维。结论:高位颈髓呼吸神经元群接受发自脑桥及延髓呼吸相关结构的纤维投射。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the afferent projections of the upper cervical respiratory neuron group of cats.Methods: Observe the distribution of retrogradely labeled neurons after the injection of WGA HRP into the intermediate zone of cervical spinal cord of C2 segment.Results:Retrogradely labeled neurons we re observed in the dorsomedial nucleus of solitary tract, ventrolateral nucleus of solitary tract, pontine Kolliker-Fuse nucleus, nucleus of locus coeruleus, and the nucleus ambiguus. A few labeled neurons were also observed in the raphe nucleus. A few anterogradely labeled terminal fibers were observed in the ventr al horn of C5 segment.Conclusion:The upper cervical respiratory ne ur on group receives afferent projections from pontine and medullary respiratory re lated structures.
