【Abstract】 This paper presents a method to use vehicle PC for optimization of the traffic management. A vehicle PC acquires and stores large amounts of dynamic data such as velocity and mileage. These data are classified, filtered, collected and delivered to the control center. This offers accurate and sufficient information to the vehicle management, therefore realizes dynamic management and real time surveillance of the entire process.更多还原
