【Abstract】 A method of high performance capillary electrophoresis was established to analyze dopamine and 5-HT.CZE system and PDA detector were used to separate and analyze the two neurotransmitters.The conditions such as 40mmol/L borax in water,injection at 20PSI pressure,constant current of 75μA and 10min separation time were set for the whole process.Detecting with wavelength of 200nm,the results showed the dopamine and 5-HT,separated completely.更多还原
