高速并条机过渡过程条干质量控制研究

【摘要】 我国纺织厂对熟条采用随机抽样 ,实验室萨氏条干检测法进行条干不匀率测试。这种测试方法捕捉不到动态运行出现的条干质量问题 ,而这个问题对粗纱和细纱工序产生的影响又是不可轻视的。针对上述问题提出了解决动态运行过程出现问题的技术要点并作了相关理论分析 ,结合大量实验总结出了具体控制开关车动态运行状态条干质量的方法和措施

【Abstract】 Under high speed running condition, the problem of sliver quality in dynamic course has become a new technology question, which cannot be ignored. In our country’s textile mills the quality of drawn sliver was checked by random samplings and tested on Saco lowell graphic sliver tester in laboratory. This testing method can’t examine the problem of sliver evenness in dynamic running process. Moreover the influence to roving and spinning procedure caused by this matter cannot be neglected. Therefore enough recognition should be aroused to this problem. Technical outline and related theory analysis to solve the problem in dynamic course are put forward in the text. Also combining with a great deal of experiments and it summarized some control methods and measures for the sliver evenness during start and stop the drawer.
