流动注射化学发光法测定小檗碱
DETERMINATION OF BERBERINE HYDROCHLORIDE BY FLOW INJECTION ANALYSIS WITH CHEMILUMINESCENCE DETECTION
【摘要】 采用流动注射技术研究了酸性条件下 ,高锰酸钾与小檗碱的化学发光行为 ,对影响化学发光强度的诸因素进行了实验和探讨 ,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定小檗碱的新方法。方法的检出限为 6× 10 - 8g mL ,线性范围为2 .0× 10 - 7~ 8.0× 10 - 5g mL ,对 4.0× 10 - 6g mL小檗碱进行 11次平行测定 ,相对标准偏差为 1.6 %。方法用于测定盐酸小檗碱的含量 ,结果与药典标准方法相一致。
【Abstract】 An analytical method consisting of flow injection samping and chemiluminescence detection for determination of berberine hydrochloride is described.It is based on the chemiluminescence reaction of KMnO 4 berberine hydrochloride system.The chemiluminescence intensity is correlated linearly with concentration of berberine hydrochloride in the range of 2.0×10 -7~8.0×10 -5g/mL.The relative standard deviation is 1.6% for 11 measurements of 4.0×10 -6g/mL berberine hydrochliride standard solution.The method has been applied to the determination of berberine hydrochloride in samples.
