地衣芽孢杆菌HX-12-5的鉴定及中性蛋白酶性质的研究

【摘要】 对一株能产生具有良好脱毛效果的中性蛋白酶的高产菌芽孢杆菌Bacillussp .HX 12 5进行了菌种鉴定 ,结果表明 ,该菌株属地衣芽孢杆菌 (Bacilluslicheniformis) .中性蛋白酶的最适作用条件为 :5 0℃ ,pH 7.0 ,4 0℃时在 pH6～ 9范围内稳定 ;EDTA和PMSF对酶活力有不同程度的抑制作用

【Abstract】 Bacillus sp.HX-12-5,a strain producing high yield of neutral protease with good dehairing effect,has been identified as Bacillus licheniformis.The optimum pH and temperature for the enzyme activity are 7.0 and 50℃,respectively.The enzyme is stable at the range of pH 6～9 at 40℃.PMSF and EDTA partially inhibit the protease activity.
