【Abstract】 Described are the following main faults detected during the first-time overhaul of a model TCDF-33.5 300MW steam turbine: the change of shaft system elevation and cracks in blade shrouds. The underlying causes of the above faults are briefly analyzed with on-site treatment measures and proposals for further improvement being presented. As in China there exist many units of the above model, the information provided by the authors may serve as helpful reference data during their maintenance and overhaul.更多还原
