煤油共处理油品的族组成研究

【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法对兖州烟煤与催化裂化油浆共处理制备的油品的族组成进行了研究。结果表明 ,在实验条件下油品主要由烷烃和芳烃组成 ,杂原子化合物含量一般仅为 0 5 %~ 2 0 %。原料煤与油浆比例、反应温度、催化剂对油品族组成具有重要影响 ;随初始氢压不同 ,对油品族组成的影响不同 ;在 4MPa初始压力条件下 ,反应气氛 (氢气、氮气 )对煤油共处理和纯油浆制备油品的族组成影响不大。

【Abstract】 The group composition of oils produced by coprocessing of Yanzhou bituminous coal with catalytic cracking residues (CCR) was investigated by high performance liquid chromatography. The oils consist of alkanes, aro-matics and heteroatomic compounds, of which heteroatomic compounds content is merely 0.5%~2.0%. The results show that the ratio of coal to CCR, temperature and catalyst have remarkable effects on the group composition of the oils. With increasing ratio of coal to CCR, the alkanes content increases and aromatics content decreases. 1% Fe-base catalyst supported on coal can obviously increase the alkane content of the oils. The oil prepared at the temperature of 425℃ has lower alkanes content than that of 400℃. The effect of pressure on the group composition is different at different periods. The reaction atmosphere shows little influence on the group composition at low initial pressure and low ratio of coal to CCR.
