润滑油基础油非加氢脱氮技术研究开发进展
ADVANCES IN NON-HYDROGENATING DENITRIFICATION OF LUBE BASE OIL
【摘要】 许多研究表明润滑油基础油中的含氮化合物对氧化安定性有负作用 ,选择性脱除氮化物是提高润滑油基础油氧化安定性的有效途径。文章综述了非加氢脱氮工艺的研究进展 ,分析了各种工艺的优势和存在的问题 ,指出了开发价格低、无污染的配位脱氮剂是今后发展的方向。
【Abstract】 Studies show that nitrogen containing compounds have negative effects on the oxidation stability of lube base oil.Selective removal of nitrogen compounds is the most effective way to improve the oxidation stability.The study advances in non hydrogenating denitrification technologies are reviewed,their advantages and disadvantages are also analyzed.It is suggested that the complexing denitrification agents with lower price and environmental friendship will be the development trend.
