【摘要】 【目的】探讨补气通络方(由黄芪、当归、丹参、川芎、人参组成)对周围神经缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其作用机理。【方法】将72只右坐骨神经急性挤压伤模型大鼠,随机分成补气通络胶囊组、模型组。每组36只,分别于造模后1d、3d、7d、14d、28d、56d各取出6只,检测坐骨神经氧自由基(OFR)相对浓度、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量。【结果】补气通络方组OFR相对浓度、SOD含量、MDA含量均较模型组有改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】补气通络方对周围神经缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the protective effect of Buqi Tongluo Prescription (BTP, composed of Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Ginseng) on peripheral nerve with ischemia/reperfusion injury and to explore its mechanism. [Methods]Seventy - two rats with acute crush injury of sciatic nerve were randomly allocated to BTP group (Group A, n = 36) and model group (Group B, n = 36) .Contents of oxygen free radicals (OFR) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in sciatic nerve were detected in 1, 3,7, 14, 28,and 56 day(s) after modeling. [Results]Contents of OFR, SOD and MDA were improved in Group A ( P <0.05 or P<0.01 as compared with Group B) . [ Conclusion ] BTP exerts a protective effect on peripheral nerve with ischemia/reperfusion injury.更多还原
