刺梨多糖对小鼠抗应激功能和免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 [目的]研究刺梨多糖的药理作用,为资源开发利用提供基础研究资料。[方法]小鼠口服给予刺梨多糖,以人参皂甙为阳性对照,观察刺梨多糖对小鼠游泳时间、常压缺氧、高温及低温环境下存活时间的影响;以及对巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清溶血素的影响。[结果]刺梨多糖可延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间、游泳时间、耐高温时间和耐低温时间(与正常对照组比,P<0.05或P<0.01),并能增加小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的百分率,提高吞噬指数、延长小鼠血液的半数溶血时(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]刺梨多糖能够显著提高小鼠抗疲劳、耐缺氧、耐高温及耐低温的能力,提高小鼠的免疫能力。

【Abstract】 [Objective] Pharmacological actions of polysaccharides from Fructus Rosae Roxburghii (PFRR) were investigated to supply evidence for its source development and application. [Methods] With ginsenoside as the positive control, the effect of PFRR on the swimming time and the survival time under the conditions of normotensive hypoxia, hyperther-mia and hypothermia in mice were observed. Phagocytic function of macrophage and serum hemolysin level were also detected. [Results] In PFRR group, the swimming time and the survival time under the above conditions were both prolonged, phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index increased and time at 50% hemolytic concentration prolonged ( P < 0.05orP<0.01as compared with those normal control group) . [Conclusion] PFRR can improve immune function and enhance the stress tolerance of mice.
