【摘要】 目的　了解亚洲牛带绦虫病在我省都匀地区的流行特点。方法　采用传统流行病学调查方法 (即 :询问病史、驱虫、肛门拭子法等 ) ,对都匀米秀地区相邻六个村寨进行实地调查 ,并对 70位有临床表现的成人 (男性6 7,女性 3)进行驱虫治疗。结果　在 6 7例男性患者中有 2 4人驱出虫体 ;在 3例女性患者中有 1人驱出虫体 ,成人感染率为 35 4 % ;对 10 0名儿童 ,进行了肛门拭子法查虫卵 ,均未检出。结论　贵州省都匀地区亚洲牛带绦虫病感染严重 ,患者主要是男性青壮年更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the epidemiological features of Taenia saginata asiatica in Duyun area, Guizhou province. Methods To investigate Mixiu county and the nearly 6 villages using the traditional methods of epidemiological investigation.70 patients(67 male and 3 female)with clinical symptom were treated.Results The adult worm was eliminated from the body from 24 patients out of 67 male infected patients,while the adult worm was eliminated from 1 patient out of 3 female patients after taking Areca catechu L and other drugs. The infection rate of adults was 35 4%. Using anal swab method,Taenia eggswere not found among the children. Conclusion Duyun area is a severely endemic area of taeniasis.更多还原
