【摘要】 目的　分析治疗 86例婴幼儿口腔颌面部血管瘤的临床疗效 ,探讨其有效的治疗方案。方法　采取保守治疗、手术切除和冷冻等多种方法相结合的综合治疗方案治疗 86例婴幼儿口腔颌面部血管瘤 ,术后随访 1～ 3年。结果　 86例婴幼儿口腔颌面部血管瘤治愈率和基本治愈率达 90 83% ,有效率为 10 0 %。结论　根据患儿具体的病情 ,采用多种治疗方法相结合的综合治疗方案治疗婴幼儿口腔颌面部血管瘤可取得较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and analysis the effectiveness of 86 cases of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma of infants and children.Methods 86 cases of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma of infants and children were treated with the comprehensive therapy based on the patients condition. Including conservative managament, surgical treatment, cryotherapy and so on. All the cases follow-up 1～3 years.Results Among 86 cases of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma of infants and children, the cure rate reached 90.83%, and the total efficacy was 100%.Conclusion Comprehensive and elective multi-disciplinary modality of treatment based on the patients condition, was essensial for improving the efficacy of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma of infants and children.更多还原
