【摘要】 本文利用柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定海参营养素中牛磺酸的含量 ,该方法以2 ,4 -二硝基氟苯为衍生化试剂 ,经衍生化处理 ,以乙腈/水/磷酸缓冲液为流动相 ,采用 φ250mm×10mmi.d.C18柱 ,于紫外检测器360nm波长进行测定 ,采用外标法进行定性和定量分析。该海参营养素中含牛磺酸0.034 % ,方法回收率为97.2 % ,标准偏差为0.0004 ,变异系数为1.18 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper the concentration of taurine in sea cucumbe nutriment was determined by Pre-Column Derivatization High Performance Liquid Chromatography . Analysis was performed on a φ250mm×4.6mm. i.d C18 column, Acetonitrile /Water/ Phosphate buffer mobile , at 360nm wavelength ultraviolet dectector.The external standard method was employed for qualitative and quantitave analysis . The result shows that have 0.034 % taurine in the sea cucumbe nutriment . The Average recovery is 97.2%, standard deviation is 0.0004, and coefficient of variation is 1.18 % .
