大跨度焊接钢箱梁斜拉桥施工控制技术研究及应用
Research and Application of the Construction Control Technology in Large Span Cable-stayed Bridges with Welded Steel Box Girder
【摘要】 大跨度焊接钢箱梁斜拉桥的施工控制技术具有控制目标多元性、调控手段局限性、温度效应影响显著性等特点。针对这些特点采用神经网络控制技术 ,应用施工现场模拟温度场、施工实时仿真控制计算、施工过程应力预警监控等技术手段 ,在南京长江第二大桥南汊斜拉桥的施工控制实施中实现了不进行索力调整过程而完成多元目标监控任务并且主梁合龙精度达到国际领先水平的控制结果
【Abstract】 In the construction control of the large span cable stayed bridges with welded steel box girder, there are some notable characteristics such as multivariate targets in control, limited means in adjusting control and the notable effect by the temperature. The means of using nerval network control technology, applying simulative temperature field technology in construction locate, processing real time emulation construction control computing and building stress admonition system can be used in such control progress. By applying such research results in the Nanjing Changjiang River 2nd Bridge, multivariate control targets have been achieved successfully without the cable force adjusting stage and the closure precision has been attained to the advanced level in the world.
