【摘要】 目的　探寻培养高水平、高标准之全科医生的模式。方法　调查复旦大学附属中山医院 (原上海医科大学附属中山医院 )培养的 30名全科医生 ,并与专科医生、社区医生及国外全科医生进行比较。结果　我院培养的全科医生在工作中较专科医生体现了医疗连续性、综合性、可及性的经济方便的优点 ;较社区医生则表现出较高水平及素质 ;但与发达国家全科医生尚有一定的差距。结论　三级医院应着重培养全科医学的骨干及师资更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a pattern of training standard and high-level general practitioners(GP).Methods A survey was made among 30 general practitioners trained in Zhongshan Hospital,whose quality was compared with that of specialized physicians,community doctors and even foreign GP.Results The continuity and completeness of GP in Zhongshan Hospital are superior to that of specialised physicians and community doctors,but there are many differences from GP in developed countries.Conclusion High_level hospital should focus on training key members and teachers of general practice.更多还原
