【摘要】 目的 研究氢氧化钙糊剂对根管的消毒作用。方法 用氢氧化钙糊剂和甲醛甲酚对82例106颗患牙的感染根管消毒,封药后一周观察疗效。结果 氢氧化钙糊剂的成功率为86.8％,甲醛甲酚的成功率为56.6％,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05),尤其对于根管渗液及瘘管病例,氢氧化钙糊剂组有效率明显高于甲醛甲酚组。结论 氢氧化钙糊剂抗菌作用强,无刺激性及细胞毒性,是一种理想的根管消毒剂,作为换代的根管消毒剂考虑可取代甲醛甲酚。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the disinfection effects of calcium hydroxide paste on root canals. Methods Calcium hydroxide paste and formo cresol were sealed in 106 infectious root canals to dicinfect them,observed the therapentic effectiveness after one week. Results the rate of success of calcium hydroxide paste and formo cresol are 86. 8% and 56. 6% accordingly,there are obviously differences between them (P<0.05),the rate of effect of calcium hydroxide paste is also obviously higher than that of formo cresol on cases of root diffusate and fistula. Conclusion calcium hydroxide paste has strong antibacterial function with no stimulation and cytotoxicity.it doesn’t cause allergic reaction and has astringency. Altogather it’s an idea root canal disinfectant and should be usde to replace formo cresol.更多还原
