荧光法测定酒类中的双乙酰
Measurement of Diacetyl in Alcoholic Drink by Fluorescence Method
【摘要】 实验采用邻苯二胺与双乙酰形成的化合物产生荧光的方法测定酒类中的双乙酰 ,其测定范围为 0 .0 0 5~ 0 .36 μg/ m L,方法的检出限为 3.2 ppb。并对实验条件、干扰、回收率、精密度和可靠性实验等进行了研究和最优化 ,此方法简便、灵敏、准确。
【Abstract】 A method of using fluorescence excited from the compound formed by reaction of diacetyl with 1,2-diaminobenzene was applied to measure diacetyl content in beer. The experiment conditions were optimized; the interference, recovery, precision and reliability were studied. The range of the measurement was 0.005~0.360μg/mL. The detective limit was 3.2ppb. The method was simple, sensitive and accurate.
