【Abstract】 A method of using fluorescence excited from the compound formed by reaction of diacetyl with 1,2-diaminobenzene was applied to measure diacetyl content in beer. The experiment conditions were optimized; the interference, recovery, precision and reliability were studied. The range of the measurement was 0.005～0.360μg/mL. The detective limit was 3.2ppb.
