金属带式无级变速器电液控制系统设计与试验研究
Desig n and Experimental Study on the Electrohydraulic Control System of the Metal Strip Type Nonstage Transmission
【摘要】 自行设计了金属带式无级变速器的电液控制系统,并在变速器试验台上进行了试验研究,同时对试验结果进行了分析。试验结果表明,在变速过程中采用调节脉宽调制电磁阀的占空比来控制湿式多片离合器的结合过程、工作过程和分离过程是可行的,所设计的控制系统和所采用的控制方法能够保证速比控制和夹紧力控制满足实际要求,为进一步在汽车上进行无级变速器试验奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The electrohydraulic control system of the first domestic metal strip type nonstage transmission is devel-oped by ourselves.Experimental studies are carried out on test rigs,and test results are analyzed.It is shown by test results that it is feasible to control the engaging process,operation process and separating process of the wet type multi-disc clutch by adjusting the duty ratio of the pulse width modulating solenoid during transmission.The designed control system and its control method can provide available ratio control and clamping force control to meet practical requirements,which creates the foundation for carrying out nonstage transmission tests on the complete vehicle in advance.
