【Abstract】 With a review of a series of remarks made by Professor Qian Xuesen on science and technology of scientific and technical information service,this paper,proceeding from the practice of scientific and technical information service in China and beginning with the concept of information,puts forward the concept of Informagence and Infotelligence in close combination with the connotation of information service and information analysis.It gives a detailed discussion on the basic knowledge of the science and technology character of scientific and technical information service.更多还原
