离心泵结构对大中型电动机窜轴的影响

【摘要】 针对具有滑动轴承结构型式的大中型电动机出现窜轴以致轴承温升过高而不能正常运行的问题,通过现场试验研究和理论分析,认为是由于单涡室泵在偏离设计工况下运行形成径向力,造成泵轴弯曲变形,以及使用的尼龙柱销联轴器无法补偿偏心等因素所致。建议大型离心泵采用双涡室结构和选用弹性圈柱销联轴器,可避免电动机转子的轴向窜动。

【Abstract】 The abnormal operation of large- and middle-sized driving motor with journal bearings due to excessive temperature rising caused by shaft axial travelling is investigated experimentally on the spot and then analyzed theoretically. It is recognized that such operation results from the bending of pump shaft caused by the radial loads when the motor-driven single volute pump operates beyond designed conditions so that the shaft offset cannot be compensated by means of shaft coupling with nylon pin bolts. It is suggested that the double volute configuration and shaft coupling with elatic ring pin bolts should be adopled for the large-sized centrifugal pumps to avoid the axial travelling of the rotor of the driving motor.
