铬鞣革屑在鞣制中应用的研究

【摘要】 本文探讨了水解铬鞣革的方法和水解物在皮革鞣制中应用的可能性。实验表明 :硫酸、甲酸、磷酸均可水解铬鞣革屑。水解产物能明显提高铬鞣剂的耐碱能力 ;用水解物预处理铬鞣的皮粒面细致 ,但水解物的填充作用不明显 ,水解物用量过多时 ,铬鞣后的皮收缩温度低 ,革扁薄。用水解物与甲醛结合进行预处理 ,对革的填充作用显著 ,能减少铬鞣时铬鞣剂用量 ,铬鞣的皮丰满柔软 ,粒面细致 ,不松面。

【Abstract】 The hydrolyzing method of chrome shavings and the applying method of hydrolyses in the tanning process were studied in this paper. The experiments show that sulfuric acid, formic acid and phosphoric acid can hydrolyze chrome shavings. The hydrolyses can improve the resistance of chromate to basis greatly. The pick pelts processed with the hydrolyses before chrome tanning can give leather fine grains but with poor filling effect. Lower temperature shrinkage and thin leathers may be observed in the tanned leathers if more hydrolyses are used. Leathers preteated with hydrolyses in combination with formaldehyde before chrome tanning have many good properties, such as better filling effects, fullness, fine and firm grains. And at the same time no loose grains could be found. The absorbency of chromate was raised during the chrome tanning.
