【摘要】 研究了压力对溶剂脱沥青过程的影响。试验结果表明 ,在低于溶剂的临界温度下操作 ,压力对脱油沥青的收率和性质的影响不容忽视。对于同一种渣油—溶剂体系 ,在其它条件 (如温度、溶剂比等 )不变的情况下 ,脱油沥青的收率随着压力的升高而降低 ,脱油沥青的蜡含量降低 ,而沥青脱油的收率随着压力的升高而增加更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of pressure on SDA process was studied. It was showed that below the critical temperature of the solvent, the effect of pressure on the yield and quality of de-oiled asphalt could not be ignored. For the same residue-solvent system, under other same conditions, the yield and wax content of de-oiled asphalt decreased with the increasing of the pressure, while the yield of DAO increased with the increasing of the pressure.更多还原
