【摘要】 目的 :探讨同步录像脑电图 (Video -EEG)在癫外科诊疗中的意义。方法 :对 30例难治性癫患者进行普通脑电图 (REEG)、Video -EEG、术中皮层脑电图 (ECoG)及神经影像学检查 (CT或(和 )MRI) ,并比较其结果。结果 :30例患者中 ,REEG监测到棘波 19例 ,检出率 6 3% ;Video-EEG监测到棘波 2 9例 ,检出率 97% ;神经影像学检查发现 2 3例有异常病灶 (77% ) ,其中 2 0例定位与Video EEG完全一致 (87% )。在 30例手术患者中 ,2 9例ECoG的癫灶定位与术前Video -EEG一致 (97% )。结论 :Video -EEG对于癫的定位诊断以及指导手术治疗有相当重要的临床价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical significance of Video-EEG in epileptic surgery.Methods:Routine EEG (REEG),Video-EEG,ECoG and neuo-imagine (CT or MRI) were determined in 30 patients with refractory epilepsy.The results of them were compared with each other.Results:The spike wave was detected in 19 patients by REEG,and in 29 ones by Video-EEG.The detection rate of spike wave was 63% and 97% respectively.Abnormal focus was found in 23 patients by neuro-imagine (77%),The epileptic focus locations were completely consistent with those detected by Video-EEG (87%).In 30 patients operated on,the epileptic foci by ECoG were consistent with those by Video-EEG preopertively (97%).Conclusions:Video-EEG might have important clinical applictaion value in the location diagnosis of epilepsy and guidance of surgery therapy.更多还原
