利谷隆原药的高效液相色谱分析

【摘要】 采用反相高效液相色谱外标法对利谷隆原药中的有效成分进行定量测定，该方法的 平均回收率为 １００．０１％，变异系数为 ０．１７％。

【Abstract】 A method for quantitative analysis of Linuron by HPLC on C18column.The standard deviation for technical was 0.16, the coefficients of variation technical was 0.17%,the average recovery were 100.01%. The method was simple,accurate and good repitition.
