草除灵废水可生物降解性及共基质代谢作用快速测定研究
Research on Rapid Determination of the Biodegradation and Cometabolism of Benazolin
【摘要】 利用瓦勃式微量呼吸检压仪对有机杂环类除草剂草除灵废水的可生物降解性进行快速测定,并对添加葡萄糖、乙醇情况下的废水共基质代谢进行研究。通过对生物耗氧速率指标的快速测定,可以快速、准确地判断废水的可生物降解性。结果还表明,共基质代谢作用可以明显地提高废水的生物降解速率和降解效果。
【Abstract】 Rapid determination of the biodegradation by Warburg-respire-instrument and cometabolism of the wastewater with additive glucose and alcohol have been researched in this experiment. The results showed that the biodegradation of benazolin can be determined rapidly and precisely by the biological-O2-consumption. Cometabolism with glucose and alcohol can improve obviously the biodegradation rate of benazolin wastewater.
