【摘要】 张载是宋儒中人性理论体系的重要奠基者 ,他从天地之性、气质之性以及人性与教育等方面建构了其人性论的逻辑结构体系。天地之性主要说明主体人的善良本性来源于天命 ,是人所皆同的 ,是人性的本然状态。气质之性则主要解答了天地之性如何落实于现实层面 ,表现为个体人的本性 ,形成千差万别的人的具体品质 ,是人性的实然状态 ,而人性与教育的关系则着重回答了道德教育在人的品质形成过程中的作用。这三个方面就构成了张载人性论的逻辑结构体系 ,一环紧扣一环 ,环环演进 ,天地之性和气质之性的一切哲学思辨 ,最终都落实于人的道德品质的培养上 ,为道德教育的必要性提供了理论依据。更多还原
