【摘要】 目的 :探讨通腑汤的药物作用及作用机制。方法 :用甘草灌胃建立胃肠动力障碍动物模型 ;观察通腑汤对大鼠十二指肠、空肠肌间神经丛中 5 羟色胺 (5 HT)、P 物质 (SP)和血管活性肠肽 (VIP)含量的影响。结果 :与模型组比较 ,经通腑汤治疗 6d后十二指肠肌间神经丛内 5 HT、SP和VIP含量有显著性差异 ,5 HT、SP含量明显增加 ,VIP含量明显减少。结论 :通腑汤可纠治甘草引起的胃肠动力障碍 ,使 5 HT、SP、VIP的分泌恢复正常 ,说明通腑汤的药物作用机制与 5 HT、SP和VIP的分泌密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Tongfu decoction on intestinal motility function in rats.Methods The animal model of gastrointestinal motility disorder in rats was established by licorice root decoction(LRD).And then,to observe the effects of Tongfu decoction on serotonin(5?HT),substance P (SP),vasoactive intestinal polypeptides(VIP) in myenteric nerve plexus of duodenum,jejunum of the models.Results There is a striking difference in the content of 5?HT,SP,and VIP in myenteric nerve plexus of duodenum after treatment of Tongfu decoction for 6 days.Tongfu decoction was able to increase the contents of 5?HT and SP,and decrease that of VIP in mytenteric nerve plexus of the models.Conclusion Tongfu decoction can recover normal motility function of intestinal of the animal model by increasing the contents of 5?HT and SP,and decreasing that of VIP in mytenteric nerve plexus of the models.更多还原
