【摘要】 目的分析瘿病手术患者的情志状态,探讨中医情志护理的临床效果。方法60例瘿病手术病人随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在术前、术后均实施情志护理,对照组按外科常规护理。采用SCI-90症状自评量表评定两组在入院时、手术前、手术后的分值。结果入院时两组SCL-90总均分及恐怖、焦虑等6项分值高于中国成人常模（P<O.01）,入院时两组各分值比较,无统计学差异(均P>O.05;两组术后SCL-90总均分、焦虑等5项分值存在显著性差异（P<O.01）;观察组术前、术后的SCL₉0总均分及恐怖、焦虑等因子分值较入院时降低（P<O.01）;对照组手术前与入院时相比,变化不大（P>0.05）,但手术后恐怖、抑郁2项分值较入院时明显降低（P<O.01或P<O.05）。结论瘿病手术患者情志呈现中医学认为的“怫郁”和“过激”状态,情志护理可以有效地改善之。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the clinical effect of TCM emotional nursing by analyzing thyroid patients’ moods at perioperation. Methods 60 patients with thyroid disease were evenly divided into 2 groups at random: 30 in observational group and the other 30 in control group. The patients in the former group were nursed emotionally and the controls nursed conventionally. SCL-90 Symptom Self-evaluation Scale was used to evaluate the scales at admission before and after operation. Results The scores at admission in 6 terms such as horror and anxiety were higher than those of normal standards of Chinese adults (P<0. 01), but there was no significant difference between the groups (P>0. 05). After operation, significant differences were found in 5 terms including SCL-90 total average scores and anxiety (F<0. 01). Comparisons of preoperative and postoperative SCL-90 total average scores, horror and anxiety in the observational group showed a significant decrease (P <0. 01). In the controls there were no statistical differences in comparisons of preoperative and postoperative conditions (P> 0.05), but after operation there was significant drop in terms of horror and anxiety (P<0. 01, P<0. 05). Conclusion Perioperative moods are recognized as gloomy and overanxious’ in TCM and thus TCM emotional nursing helps patients to relieve tension.更多还原
