【摘要】 目的　分析乳腺癌患者外周血液中角蛋白 (CK19)mRNA基因的表达。　方法　取 2 0例经病理证实的乳腺癌患者外周血 ,用Trizol法提取总RNA ,然后进行RT -PCR荧光定量检测 ,并与正常人群进行对照。　结果　正常人群外周血中无CK19表达 ,2 0例乳腺癌中有 6例阳性表达 ,总阳性率为2 9 .6 5 % ,其中单纯癌阳性率为 30 .7% (4/13) ,浸润性导管癌阳性率为 2 8.6 % (2 /7)。　结论　CK19可作为检测外周血循环癌细胞的标志物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assay the expression of cytokeratin 19 mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer. Methods Total RNA in peripheral blood of 20 patients with breast cancer was extracted by Trizol method, and the expression of CK19 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR methed.The results were in contrast to that of 10 normal subjects. Results In the peripheral blood of controls, CK19 was negative. In 20 cases of breast cancer,6 cases were positive. The total positive rate of CK19 was 29.65%.Of these,30.7%(4/13) in simple carcinoma and 28.6%(2/7) in ductal infiltrating carcinoma,respectively. Conclusion CK19 may be a tumor marker for detecting cancer cells in peripheral blood.更多还原
